George F has lead King & George, LLC and has transformed the company from a small startup in 2011 to a company that today has revenues of over $15mm and 300 employees. With over 55 contracts for customers like Federal Aviation Administration, USACE, US Army, US Navy and the State of Texas, George F has implemented these contracts delivering a customer-first driven work ethic instilled with a top-down leadership approach to his employees. Before King & George, LLC, George was an executive at three Fortune 500 companies where he won over $2.5B of work and was responsible for their overall operations. George F holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Psychology from the University of Houston and is a proud Cougar. George and his wife Veronica have three children and reside in Ft. Worth.

Scott leads King & George, LLC's Business Development and is involved with every aspect of identifying potential contracts, developing those potential opportunities into proposals, and helping with phase in and transition of these contracts once awarded. Additionally, Scott lends his operational oversight to King & George, LLC's Armed Forces Reserve Centers Facility Maintenance Contracts, which includes 50 sites in North Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Previously, Scott was a Vice President for a large Government Contractor who specialized in Facility Maintenance, Construction, and Security. He holds a BS from the University of Texas-Arlington and a Juris Doctorate from Stetson University. Scott and his wife Deidra have three kids and live in Arlington, TX.

Catherine Dyer, General Counsel & Director of Contracts

George E "Big George" joined King & George, LLC in 2014 as the Operations Lead and has helped develop our reputation as a customer-centric company. Big George directs over 15 contracts, with 60 employees, stretching from South Texas to Oklahoma. These contracts cover Facility Maintenance, HVAC Maintenance, Park Maintenance, Ground Support Maintenance, Vehicle Maintenance, Motor Pool Operations, and Minor Construction. Before joining King & George, LLC, Big George served as a Plant Manager and Process Lead for over 35 years at two major chemical firms in which he oversaw the production of magnesium metal and isopropyl foam. Big George received his BS in Chemistry from McMurry University and is a RAB QMS Lead Auditor for ISCO 9001, 14001, TS 16949 Automotive Quality and 13485 Medical.

Catherine Dyer, General Counsel & Director of Contracts

Catherine leads King & George, LLC's contract administration, human resource department and serves as General Counsel. Catherine is also responsible for all benefit and labor negotiations and serves as the point person between King & George and the Small Business Administration. Before joining King & George, LLC, Catherine was a Senior Attorney at a large retail company specializing in real estate and contracts. She holds a BBA in business from Southern Methodist University, where she was a Hunt Scholar, and earned her law degree from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2003. She has been a member of the State Bar of Texas since 2003.

Steve Birkbeck, Director Safety & Quality, FSO

Jack has served as a financial officer for a government contract munitions carrier, an insurance agency, an online educational company, a church (volunteer treasurer), and a national bank as a member of the board of directors. Before joining King & George, LLC, Jack had recently worked over ten years with large government contractors primarily in business development, pricing proposals, and contract modifications. At one of those companies, in addition to pricing duties, Jack established a FAR compliant purchasing department for the rapidly growing contractor that needed approved business systems as it came under DCMA cost-plus rules and subject to DCAA audits. He also handled their treasury requirements managing initial overseas vendor payments until a local finance group was established. Outside the business arena, Jack serves as a children’s Sunday School teacher and enjoys backpacking and wilderness photography when he is not busy with his grandchildren. Jack holds a BS in Business from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from Texas Christian University.

Steve Birkbeck, Director Safety & Quality, FSO

Steve brings over ten years of corporate Government services contracting experience in Business Development, Proposal Management, Quality, Safety, and Industrial Security. His prior experience includes management level responsibility in quality and operations for several medical device manufacturing and biotechnology companies. He is certified by RAB as a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and 13485, for the OSHA 30 hour Construction Safety and Health course, and by CDSE as a Facility Security Officer. Steve holds a BBA in Business Administration from LaSalle University in his hometown, which is also the home of his beloved Philadelphia Eagles football team. Steve and his wife Christine currently live in Willow Park, TX with their 4 dogs.
