George F leads King & George, LLC and has transformed the company from a small startup in 2011 to a company with revenues of over $100M and 1100 employees in 2022. With over 90 contracts for customers like the Federal Aviation Administration, USACE, US Army, US Navy, and the State of Texas, George F has implemented these contracts delivering a customer-first driven work ethic instilled with a top-down leadership approach to his employees. Before King & George, LLC, George was an executive at three Fortune 500 companies where he won over $2.5B of work and was responsible for their overall operations. George F holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Psychology from the University of Houston and is a proud Cougar. George and his wife Veronica have three children and reside in Ft. Worth.

George E "Big George" joined King & George, LLC in 2014 as the Operations Lead and has helped develop our reputation as a customer-centric company. Big George directs over 15 contracts, with 60 employees, stretching from South Texas to Oklahoma. These contracts cover Facility Maintenance, HVAC Maintenance, Park Maintenance, Ground Support Maintenance, Vehicle Maintenance, Motor Pool Operations, and Minor Construction. Before joining King & George, LLC, Big George served as a Plant Manager and Process Lead for over 35 years at two major chemical firms in which he oversaw the production of magnesium metal and isopropyl foam. Big George received his BS in Chemistry from McMurry University and is a RAB QMS Lead Auditor for ISCO 9001, 14001, TS 16949 Automotive Quality and 13485 Medical.
